Drawing time is a research initiative that started in 2010 at the Academy of Architecture Amsterdam. The aim is to investigate the fascinating relation between landscape, time, representation and landscape architecture practice. Currently, Noël van Dooren produces a book and a reader with exercises for students. In 2017 Noël van Dooren defended his dissertation Drawing Time. The representation of growth, change and dynamics in Dutch landscape architectural practice after 1985 at the University of Amsterdam.
